The Test Correction Sheet is an easy template that allows students review previously taken tests and make corrections for a better score. Some teachers give back partial credit for corrections; others give full credit. How you use the Test Correction Sheet is totally up to you. It is advised to work with the student on one or two problems to correct so that he/she will understand what is expected for credit revisions. Students turn in test revision sheet along with original test for re-gradi
