Teaching style

My favorite style of teaching is to be a "facilitator" and provide the students opportunities to learn through experiences. Experiences I love to facilitate in the classroom are heavy with student participation, discussion, teamwork, hands on, collaboration on whiteboards, creating, discovery based, strategic, challenging...and more. I want my students ENGAGED at all times through learning.
