About the store
Hello! I am a first-year elementary teacher with experience teaching second grade. As I began my teaching journey, I found it challenging to locate resources that fully matched my instructional style and the needs of my students. As a result, I began creating my own materials—resources that are clear, engaging, and practical for everyday classroom use. These materials are designed around what works best for my students, and while every classroom is different, my hope is that they can also support other teachers looking for flexible, easy-to-use resources.

Teaching style

My teaching style emphasizes building conceptual understanding through visual and pictorial representations before moving to abstract thinking. I intentionally introduce new concepts using drawings, models, and hands-on strategies to help students grasp the meaning behind the math. Once students demonstrate understanding at the pictorial level, I guide them toward abstract representations, such as equations and number sentences. This approach supports deeper understanding and helps students gain confidence in their learning.
