My students absolutely LOVE the opportunity desk! In my classroom, I have multiple opportunity workstations for kiddos when they need their own space to achieve more! Laminate these half sheets and place on desks for students needing it. Great for general education, special education, and every classroom in between.

Opportunity desks are applicable to a variety of settings - general education, special education, and everything in between!

Use this reading fluency routine to boost your student's reading fluency! This can be used in small groups or whole group. In my classroom, these routines are in sheet protectors for students to check off steps as they go and reuse. Simply pair the routine with a differentiated fluency passage at your student's level. Fridays are used to progress monitor and track progress towards reading fluently. This routine was designed with all components to enhance readers in all areas of skilled reading.

A versatile "I am" poem that gets kids thinking abstractly about themselves and senses to cultivate their writing abilities. This can be used throughout elementary grades - K–1: Use with strong teacher modeling, sentence starters, picture support, and oral sharing.Grades 2–3: Independent writing with some revision, focus on self‑expression and sensory detail.Grades 4–5: Extend with richer vocabulary, deeper reflection, and a requirement to revise for voice and organization.
