Created by

This is a fitness activity that I made for Remote instruction, but could also be utilized in in person instruction especially for those teaching PE or Health to elementary kiddos in the classroom. I plan to use this again this year while in person in the classroom. In this activity, students will select one igloo, as a random guess, that they think the penguin gif might be hiding behind. I created and used this activity as a get to know you game at the start of the school year. It includes options like dog/cat, hamburger/hotdog, summer/winter, etc. It includes words and visuals. I also included my bitmoji which can be removed and changed in order for the students to get to know the teacher as well. Includes self made GIFs of myself doing a variety of fitness exercises. **I used this resource both in person and for virtual learning!

I have made this planner to use myself and hopefully it will help others plan as well. Print the pages as needed to fit your needs!

Motivate your students with these engaging and seasonal behavior rewards charts! I use these charts in my own health classes to help students focus on improving specific classroom behaviors. Each chart allows students to earn a piece or part for every successful demonstration of the targeted behavior. Once the chart is completed, the class earns a reward from me as a celebration of their teamwork and effort! This download includes four themed charts for year-round use: Pumpkin Patch (August–Octo

I created this activity for K-2 students during in person learning, but while teaching in a classroom with no equipment being able to be used. In this fitness activity, students would climb up and down the mountain. At the bottom of the mountain where the bottom is the biggest, students would complete a fitness exercise for a longer duration. As students climbed up the mountain the duration of the exercise decreases. Students will be able to learn that as they go up they do less and as they go d
