This is an assessment that I use with my Kindergarten students at the beginning of the year and end of the year, to measure their growth. It is two pages long and measures, letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and their name penmanship.

I started teaching in the Dual Language program 2 years ago.
Teaching style
I'm a highly organized teacher. My student's know the classroom routines pretty well. I tend to be very strict most of the time, but I can also be very silly. I adjust my day depending on the mood of my students.
Awards & shining teacher moments
During my teaching credential work, I received an award for outstanding work. During my years of teaching, I have received many grants, which have allowed me to take my students on wonderful field trips.
My own education history
I graduated from CSU Dominguez Hills in the city of Carson, California. I also attended National University for a year and a half. I obtained my B.A in Liberal Studies, minor in Asian Pacific Studies, and Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential.
Additional biographical information
I am married and have two lovely dogs, named Bella and Penny. I don't have children of my own, but someday I plan to :)
