This document includes 16 sentences with 4 capitalization and punctuation errors in each (worth a total of 64 points). This can be used as practice or as an assessment. Errors include commas, end punctuation, apostrophes, and capitalization. Students are directed to circle each error and rewrite the sentence correctly on the line below. The directions also state that there are 4 errors in each sentence, but this can be deleted if desired.

There are 3 pages of identifying underlined words as nouns, verbs, or adjectives. There are 10 sentences on each page. Students read each sentence and look at the underlined word. They circle whether it is a noun, verb, or adjective. These pages can be used as homework, practice sheets, or assessments. Directions and format are easy to follow. Appropriate for 2nd, 3rd, or 4th grade.

Included are three sample poems with a color used as the title. There are two poems entitled "Blue" and one entitled "White." These are meant to be used as samples for students to refer to when writing their own color poems. I use these when we are focusing on sensory details and/or imagery. A 2-page personification story for 2nd, 3rd or 4th grade. This is a "day in the life" sample story about an electric pencil sharpener's daily experiences in the classroom.
