This computer review, in Powerpoint, allows students to practice reviewing "aller" and "a + le" and learn about Le Louvre and the Arc de Triomphe at their own pace with immediate feedback. A brief, one day lesson written for a 50 or 60 minute timeframe that introduces how to tell time in France, the vocabulary for time telling, and cinema culture in Switzerland. This lesson requires technology that can access the internet to get to a Swiss movie times site, and I have written it with all students using their own device, or it could be modified for collaboration in groups, or the students could follow the teacher, or it could be an intro activity for a bigger project.
This brief quiz on a unit about travel touches all different learning syles. Some questions include a picture and the students must write the vocabulary word, some are fill in the blank in a sentence, some give the definition in French and the student must give the correct vocabulary word, and some words are given and the student must draw them.
