Teaching style

Work smart not hard... as best you can. We all know that it's near impossible not to work hard as a teacher. We have to. However, I've always been a strong believer in simplifying the core skills, like lesson planning and data collection, so that I can spend time on the more intricate parts of the job. These include differentiation, supporting students individual needs, collaborating with colleagues, building relationships, extra-curricular activities. I'm passionate about making that core easier for all educators, so they have the time and energy to jump in on that game of handball at lunch time.
