In this interactive Google Slideshow, students will gain a basic understanding and knowledge of various types of knives used in a kitchen, the knife cuts that Chef's use as well as basic knife safety and skills. Students will be asked to type and add photos to show their learning. Due to copyrights I cannot add the photos that I use in class to show grips and proper technique so I have added a placeholder for you to fill in with your own photos.
