I have taught math for 29 years in grades 6 - 8. My classes have included many different populations of students, including general education, Special Ed, English Learners, Intervention, and Math Honors or Math Accelerated.
In this assignment, students can practice how to add and subtract positive and negative decimals. They will first need to rewrite the problems before evaluating. The decimals are in the tenths and hundredths place. This resource includes 2 worksheets with a total of 30 problems. Another Round of Practice is a series of independent, skill-based worksheets. There is space to show work and a space to write the answer for each problem. Answer Keys can even be given to students so they can check them
