This product includes an assessment covering number representations including; expanded form written form model form (base ten form) standard form It also includes 5 daily exit tickets that correspond with the assessment AND it also includes 5 word problem of the days to review addition and subtraction standards.

This product is a worksheet on conversions for time. It gives the larger unit and has student's determine the smaller unit. There is 2 step conversions like: 6 days 8 hours = ? hours This product is editable and is in a Microsoft word format (which is why the thumbnail may seem like there is errors)

I created these journal anchor charts for standards; 4.NBT.A.1 and 5.NBT.A.1. These charts do include decimals. It also has two practice problems at the bottom. This chart shows the students that the decimal stays in place and the number are the ones that actually move from place holder to place holder. There are 2 place value charts on the first page (I cut them in half so they fit in my students' journals). The second page I usually put two/page as well to make them small enough for their jour
