This resource is a Google Form for students to reflect on their class progress so far in the year and set goals moving forward. It also allows for them to provide feedback on your teaching. It is completely editable. It has been used for 7th and 8th grade math classes, but could be used for any subject area or grade level if edited. It is great for the students to reflect, provides the teacher with an inside look into the thoughts of each student, and can also help identify classroom trends.
