I try to make my middle school math classroom as exciting as I can!! I have a bulletin board that I post "Of the Month" items and we discuss these items all month long!! Teaching style

I am a math enthusiast(not to be confused with a math nerd) and love to keep my students engaged with a variety of activities(movement, games, videos, projects, etc) to keep students learning!! I want my students to develop a love of learning and feel successful in the classroom!!! I have a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and work hard to share my knowledge with fun, effective strategies. I also use a variety of teaching styles to reach every student in a diverse classroom!!

My own education history

I have a degree in Mathematics from Arizona State University and then became certified to teach secondary math in order to share my LOVE of math. I continue my education through workshops whenever possible!!
