Making Math EZ

This product is designed to give students a tool for what they can do when they are feeling an emotion. For individual students:I printed pages 3-4 double sided and had students determine their fourth action for themselves. I then cut it out and laminated it then hole punched it and put it on a ring for them.For the classroom:you can do the same thing as above but not fill in the individual fourth action, just leave it blank print it double sided and laminated and let students chooseprint 2 slid

Use this four question scavenger hunt to end your decimal operations unit. I used the Avengers as the people in the problem, but you can change it to teacher names too. The directions are on page 1, the student response sheet is on page 6 and the questions are pages 2-5. The questions address adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing decimals but include geometry and word problems so students have to decipher the information. A fun way to get students talking and simplifying algebraic expressions, including distributing a variable and/or multiplying different variables.

Use this resource for students who still need some help deciding when to use each method to solve the system of two linear equations. Also, you get the choice of black & white to totally colored!

For the month of November, get your students (or staff) thinking about what/who they are thankful for by writing it down. This is set up to print 2 per page and be pasted into a notebook or folder. The second page is for students learning English from Spanish.

This resource is able to be printed on one sheet of letter paper (front and back) and shows in detail how to solve systems by elimination, substitution, and graphing (both by hand and on the TI-83/4 Graphing Calculator), but can also be printed and cut to be glued in as a resource. Although the thumbnails show three pages, it is only 2 pages.
