Have students search around on Zillow (or any other house hunter website) for their dream homes and then complete this project. This project will allow students to explore the housing market in different places in the country and then they will calculate a down payment, monthly mortgage payment, annual property tax and an operating payment for utilities. No prep needed on your end - just have the students each make a copy and edit it as they want!
