Making Math Matter

Use this form to help your students make corrections to and reflect on mistakes they made. Students choose from a predetermined list of skills and are provided with a space to retry the problem and to reflect on why they missed the problem the first time. Help to encourage a growth mindset and let your students take ownership of their learning!

What better way to show students how much they've learned during a unit than to have them look back on the unit pretest and reflect on their growth! This document can be modified to fit any content area (areas in red are suggested to personalize for your task) and can be adjusted to fit your students' level.
