Reading practice is fun when it's on a subject kids like - and who doesn't like dinosaurs? This emergent reader features 25 popular dinosaurs with a coloring page and a simple sentence describing each one. I wrote this as a supplement to my son's homeschool phonics program, focusing on sight words and words that are easy to sound out. The parent or teacher can read the dinosaurs' names before the child reads the text; a pronunciation guide is included at the end. Dinosaurs included: Triceratops

Additional biographical information
I’m a homeschooling mom who loves to create art in my free time, and my kindergartener shares my love of animals and nature. Most of my inspiration comes from our many visits to local parks, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, Cleveland Botanical Garden, and the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. My goal is to create a broad range of free coloring pages that are detailed, accurate, and beautiful.
My coloring pages are for personal and classroom/school use only, not for commercial use. Teachers are welcome to download and share my PDFs with students for distance learning.
