Additional biographical information
Mandy Conner is in her 21st year of teaching. She began her love for theatre while attending McLennan Community College, then transferred to Texas Tech University to earn her Bachelor of Arts in English. After a year at Plainview High School, Mandy moved back to her hometown of Waco to teach at Connally High School. She has earned 10 trips to the Regional One Act Play Meet, and has had 6 appearances at the State Meet, earning First Runner up in 2010.
In addition to teaching and directing, Mandy is a motivational speaker, playwright, and conducts creativity workshops throughout the state. She has been married for 22 years to her husband Chris. They have two daughters, Edie (10) and Josie (8). They reside in China Spring, TX.
