This graphic organizer works with most nonfiction books. Students will hunt through nonfiction text (I used library books) and will note page numbers of each feature and how it helped them understand the text overall. Great for review or assessment of nonfiction text features! This graphic organizer includes a space for writing in AR quiz score once they have completed the worksheet and read the book - may be altered to suit your needs.

Label to use for Accelerated Reader program. Includes space for student's name, ZPD level, and points goal for marking period. May be used for reading folder, student agenda, etc. for students and teachers to be aware of student's standing in AR at any time.

This rubric/poster is a visual for students to use as a guide for standardized grading. Can be displayed in classroom or for individual student folders/notebooks. Wording and 1-5 scores are PARCC-aligned. Emojis added for student interest and understanding.
