A modified version of a Christmas Carol for elementary or middle school students. It includes two days worth of "exit tickets", which involve questions about antagonist/protagonist, theme, character trait, etc.
The PowerPoint includes a brief grammar review about why we capitalize certain words, why we use punctuation, and the importance of proofreading/editing. Each topic includes the reason why these skills are important and examples for students to practice with.

This is a form to send home to parents/guardians to do a quick check in with how their student is doing. It includes name, date, behavior, comments, missing homework, etc. It comes with 2 forms per sheet and can be changed accordingly.
FYI: Each page is two separate quarter sized point sheets and completely editable. These are two examples of quarter sheet point sheets focusing on positive choices, transitions, completed work, etc. This can assist with any data tracking or for RTI purposes.
FYI: This will print all on one page. This is a data tracking sheet that you can use to keep track of how much of the school a day a student is on task. You can shade it when student is at lunch, specials, etc. You can also write any additional notes to keep track of as well. I will use this prior to putting all of the data in an Excel Spreadsheet to share for special education or RTI purposes.
