Here are 8 different questions to easily print and have students complete as an exit ticket to any task. I used the word "math" for one question, but that can easily be changed. I printed this landscape and cut the paper in half. I asked each student to select 2 of the questions to answer. This worked really well for me, and maybe you can use it too.

I used this as a quick quiz for my students to demonstrate their learning. This has 4 one-step equations, 5 two-step equations, and 4 questions regarding transversals. The answer key is not currently attached but will be once I return to the office (classroom).
