Manic in the Middle is brought to you by Hailey and Danielle; a teaching team duo with over 25 years of combined middle school math experience. Working at a Title 1 school with a predominately EL population, we know what a struggle it can be to find material that is both rigorous and accessible to a diverse range of kids. That is why we decided to open up our own shop to share the materials we have made.
We strive to provide content that is scaffolded, research driven, and student focused. All of the content we make has been tested with students in our classrooms and refined over the years for the best results. With a literacy for all mindset, we use kid friendly language and promote the growth of academic language in all we do. Happy teaching!
