Experience

Hi Everyone! My name is Mary! :) I am a Kindergarten teacher in Ontario with over 10 years of experience teaching in the early years. I have a deep love for early childhood education and am passionate about helping young learners build strong foundations in reading, writing, and numeracy. I believe that the skills developed in Kindergarten set the stage for future success, and I strive to create engaging, developmentally appropriate resources that support all learners. Teaching style

My teaching style is rooted in play-based, hands-on learning that supports the whole child. I believe young learners thrive when they are actively engaged, curious, and feel safe to take risks. I intentionally design lessons and resources that build foundational reading, writing, and numeracy skills while allowing flexibility for exploration, discussion, and differentiation. My approach supports diverse learners and reflects the developmental needs of children in the early years.
