The number line has the number in both numerical and word form, the twist is that below there is a visual representation of each number using tens and ones blocks. By having this on display through the year visual learners will absorb and solidify the concept of number sequence and place value. This version of this product has a safari (leaf) background.

This 12 page PDF is a poster showing simple steps to adding two digit numbers using manipulatives or student drawings. The steps leave room for teaching about regrouping without explicitly mentioning regrouping as a step. I find this is an essential poster in my classroom and you can reprint it as many times as you want if you don't want to get it laminated.
