While working on my Master's Degree in Elementary Education, I completed many field experience hours in the K-6 classroom setting and completed an internship in both second and sixth grade classrooms. In addition, I worked as a substitute teacher. In January of 2012, I was blessed with my first job as a kindergarten teacher and I absolutely love it!

Teaching style
My personal philosophy of education is that children learn best when teachers implement strategies in which students have the opportunity to use hands-on minds-on learning. It is my personal goal to teach students using methods that are stimulating and interesting on several levels.
