This is a simple SMART notebook file to use for a problem-solution chart. Students or teachers can fill in the problem, then three events that happen towards the solution, and finally the solution. Enjoy!

This is an Excel Spreadsheet that easily converts a score from the "raw score" and divides out out of the total number of questions to get a tens conversion and a percentage. Additionally, it can be used to tabulate the class average for an assignment. Use it again and again to convert your scores on any assessment you have - just delete the numbers and reuse. Tens scores are also color-coded for mastery/proficiency. Enjoy!
