Students can use this template to create their own informational or nonfiction text. To print, use settings Print On Both Sides, Flip on Short Edge to make it into a booklet. Students can use information they know about a topic to create a table of contents, informational pages with headings, and a glossary. This is a great enrichment project for students who have mastered text features and gathering information from nonfiction texts!

Reflection for students to use after they have made a choice against your classroom norms. It is an opportunity for them to reflect on what went wrong and how they would amend it. This promotes students' self-awareness and accountability. Option for students to get a parent signature if desired.
