These memory game cards can also be used as flashcards. We start out by teaching the game of memory in a small group. Then I like to put a set of cards in a small basket or zippered pouch in the puzzles and games center for free choice time. These cards use fingers and dice to help build number sense and quantifying skills. The fingers and dice are in familiar patterns to also build skills in subitizing.
