This rubric is the IB Psychology essay rubric expanded so that students get more detailed feedback. It specifies, what is required to earn marks at each level (how many studies, for example). I am an examiner for Paper 2 and Paper 3 and this is what I use. Students get better feedback so that they can improve.

This activity is a great way to get students beginning their studies in psychology to understand the various approaches. It also allows a check for understanding at the end and gets students engaged in discussion in small groups.

This graphic organizer is great for helping students analyze scientific research and can be modified for psychology or the natural sciences. It is especially helpful for AP or IB courses where students must know research studies and methodology. This organizer is focused mostly on the new IB Psychology curriculum first assessment 2027. It asks students to outline a topic or theory, summarize a study, and link it to two concepts.
