SEL Student Check-In Google Form
This Google Form is meant to survey students on how they are feeling emotionally, and provide a space for them to explain their emotions. Perfect for virtual learning. I used this weekly with my students from March-June 2020, and was able to aid many students in getting the emotional support they needed. Meant for elementary-aged students - however, the Form can be edited to fit your students' needs.

Experience
I have been teaching 5th grade for seven and a half years. Six of those years have been spent teaching 5th grade math and science, which I adore!
Teaching style
I teach utilizing the Danielson framework, with a gradual release of responsibility for the students. Additionally, I am a big proponent of personalizing learning, and giving students voice in choice in their learning. Therefore, my teaching combines instruction, practice, and project-based learning.
