Introductory lesson for lower ability Year 8 for Ratio. Students investigate the ratios whilst they make cordial in different strengths.

Investigating Large Primes
This is an extension activity for years 6 or 7 investigating large prime numbers. It uses Excel spreadsheets and looks at the relationships 6k +1 and 6k - 1. Great to give to individual students who are ahead of the rest of the class. Could also be used with a top class.
