This covers the base for each number system (decimal, binary, hexadecimal), the symbols currently used for each number system, the place values for each number system, and a table to fill-in to convert the decimals 0 to 51 into binary and hexadecimal. It focuses on using 8 bits (a byte) in representation for binary and therefore only 2 place values for hexadecimal to keep the byte representation consistent.
