This presentation introduces the parent function and then investigates the effects adding/subtracting integers has on the parent functions. Introduces rules to transforming a parent function and then invites the student to come up with their own rules for subsequent examples.

This template allows you to enter 25 questions for a Jeopardy-style review game. The question board has 5 categories with 5 questions each. Point values can be changed/customized if desired. This game can be used for various engaging review of content.

I prefer to break the content down as much as possible when I introduce new topics. I have found that the more engaged your audience is, the better they perform. I have been amazed at what students can accomplish when given the right opportunity and encouragement.
