About the store

I have taught 2nd and 3rd grade for the last 8 years. I love teaching and I have always created my own content. I feel I am in a position to help others at this point in my career by putting some finishing touches on my work and getting it out there for other students to enjoy in other classrooms. My style isn't so cute as what may typically seen on TpT, but I do love math and I try to be intentional and thorough when I approach the content. I do have some amazing artist friends though that help keep it cute and original as well!

Line Plot Recording Practice

This activity has students practice taking jumbled sets of data and organizing it into a line plot. There are 4 sets of data that are lists of numbers and the second activity, students have to measure objects to the nearest 1/2 inch and plot the length of each of 14 character heights on a line plot. I run this at my centers over the course of 4 days. VA SOL 3.17

My own education history

I attended college at Lynchburg College in Virginia and graduated with a degree in elementary ed. I am licensed to teach prek-6 gen ed and also prek-12 Spanish!
