This is a quick check in (quiz) I am using with my 6th grade class. It has 2 problems- one where students use a situation to make a ratio table and graph it. The other question has students reading a graph. They must use the information to say if the graph is proportional or not.

This worksheet has 4 problems where students make ratios based of given emojis. Sentences Frames are provided. The Back has two problems where students must make ratios of their own.

This Google Slideshow breaks fraction operation (addition and subtraction) word problems down to look at the context of the question being asked. I used this in my 6th grade classroom and it was so helpful! The word problems could be edited to be whole numbers or decimals problems as well.
