Place Value City Interactive Manipulative
Do your students struggle with identifying place values? I have created a "city" that allows you to add as many different "blocks" as you need. This tool is customizable for many grade levels. This would be a great RTI tool, or for use in a special education classroom. Actual pictures, a materials list, and instructions are provided.
