Math Class with Ms. J

Students will measure plastic bugs/insects/arachnids/etc. to create their own line plot. Every time I have done this activity, the class has so much fun! This is a great activity when studying these sorts of bugs/insects/arachnids/etc. or around Halloween time.

This project creates a hands on, real world experience for students to practice multiplying fractions, whole numbers and mixed numbers. Students will create a dinner party menu for 2 different parties from 2 different cuisine types.
