Scooter Shop
Find out if Scooter City is operating in the black or in the red. This is a hands-on, real world activity for adding and subtracting integers. Your students will take on the role of the bookkeeper at the Scooter Shop. After entering several items in the ledger (on paper or with the excel table) students are asked to analyze the business with guided questions. There is also an extension activity for those students who finish first.
