I stayed home with my children for 5 years, and then returned to teaching in 5th grade math at the elementary level. I recently moved up to 8th grade where I am teaching Algebra 1 and on level mathematics at Danville Middle School.

Teaching style
I like to teach in the zone, I love to get kids moving around learning,. and I love group work! Centers are really awesome in the lower levels of mathematics, which a lot of my 5th grade math stuff is based on centers.
