Partitioning & Addition Flash Cards Structuring
Structuring is a major component of early numeracy. I typically work with older elementary students (grades 4 - 6) who struggle mightily with math. A major trend I immediately notice with the majority of these kids is that they struggle with addition/subtraction facts. They do not yet have their basic addition/subtraction facts down. Teaching style
I'm a kinesthetic learner and use many different types of resources and manipulatives in all of my lessons. Lot's of touching, feeling, moving, and manipulating with a heavy dose of cheerleading.
Additional biographical information
