Experience
I currently teach 8th grade Pre-Algebra and Algebra 1. My past experience teaching Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus, and Algebraic Connections has taught me the importance of breaking down the foundational concepts to better prepare students for the future.
Teaching style
It is my hope to provide a safe learning environment that promotes inquiry allowing students to make deeper connections among concepts. Group work, puzzles, and games tend to work best for me in the classroom!
