About the store
Hello! I’m Analou, the educator behind MathKitHQ. Originally from the Philippines and now based in El Paso, TX, I bring over 8 years of classroom experience to my resource design. My journey into creating 'Math Kits' began when I noticed a common frustration: students felt confident during the lesson but lost that confidence the moment they started their independent work. To bridge this gap, I developed a system of scaffolded, 'spiraled' worksheets. By mirroring classroom examples and gradually increasing complexity, I help students build the stamina they need to tackle challenging concepts without the anxiety. My goal is to turn 'I can't do this' into 'I see the logic.' I’m thrilled to share these proven classroom tools with you!

Experience

Hello! I’m Analou, the educator behind MathKitHQ. Originally from the Philippines and now based in El Paso, TX, I bring over 8 years of classroom experience to my resource design. Teaching style

My teaching style is built on the belief that confidence is a skill, not a trait. Using a constructivist approach, I design activities that provide heavy initial scaffolding, which gradually fades as the student gains independence. I focus on 'training' the basics until they are second nature. This ensures that when students encounter a 'Final Boss' problem, they have the tools and the mental stamina to solve it themselves. This methodology has proven results: my students don't just pass the test; they develop a toolkit that supports them through their entire academic career, from Middle School to University.
