Math Lab

This item covers the Standards of Mathematical Practices 1,3, and 6. A grading rubric is included. There is not an answer key due to having various answers which may be accepted. This is best used as a warm up, pre-assessment, student writing sample for portfolio in math, or as a buddy activity after teaching the concept or Algebraic Expressions. Enjoy!

Students may use this activity as a station choice, buddy activity, or individual activity. I laminated 5 sets to have additional copies for the classroom during Math Stations day. The activity was used by my students for review and practice before and after the summative assessment over decimal operations. The kids loved it!
