I am a retired math teacher and taught for almost 30 years. Although I taught everything from Pre-algebra to Pre-Calculus, I enjoy teaching algebra, geometry, and algebra 2 most.
I have found the use of these posters very valuable for students that find it very difficult to learn the key positions on the Unit Circle. This set of posters shows a visual method that demonstrates 3 key patterns to make learning the exact ordered pairs much easier.
I have included 12 Posters for posting that include the patterns for sine, cosine, and tangent exact values. I have also included 8 black and white copies with blanks to be filled in by the students for the ordered pairs and r
This worksheet reviews linear functions in 5 formats – graph, slope-intercept form, point-slope form, standard form, and by their intercepts. For each problem, the student is given information for one of the formats and is asked to complete the rest of the chart. Great for partner work but also can be used as an individual assignment or group work. Students find this is a great review of all the ways to represent a linear equation.

This product is a set of 28 Task Cards that review exponential functions. The types of review problems include: word problems about growth, decay, half-life, compound interest, graphing and translation of exponential models, identifying growth vs decay, write an exponential model given points, and comparing linear increase and exponential growth models. It includes: • Three anchor charts showing formulas, comparison of exponential growth and decay, comparing linear increase to exponential growt
On this worksheet students will complete a chart to find the equation, domain, and range, of each segment that forms the drawing of the sailboat. It can be used as an assignment or in small groups or pairs. It is great practice for figuring out domain and range of a specific segment. This is something my students always needed a little extra practice to understand and this exercise helped them pull all the concepts together.

When I remind students to study for the upcoming math test I generally get the response, “How do you study for a Math test?” This Math Analysis Sheet is perfect for getting students to reflect on their study habits and their results to make the connections necessary for being successful on tests. Often they are surprised that many of their mistakes are in their control and can be prevented on future tests.
