Teaching style

My students have been most successful when they are provided with a notes outline that matches the notes on the teacher's board. As we discuss each day's lesson, the students fill in the information on their notes as the teacher does it on the board. After the mini lesson, students are given time to practice what they have learned in cooperative groups and partners. All lessons should be enabling and motivational to students by appealing to their interests in a real-life way! All of these notes can be accessed by students as a worksheet on paper or as a PDF on an iPad, tablet, laptop or computer.
