Students will peruse items at the Magic Shop, pick out four that they want to "purchase" and roll a die to find out their tax and discount. They will then fill in a receipt with the correct information. Great as an in-class activity, review game, or even as a homework assignment. Includes rounding.

Students will be able to use algebraic vocabulary to communicate the expression on the board to their partner. Together, they will collaborate to determine whether the compound inequality is true or false.

"I Have Who Has?" is an interactive card game that helps students practice reading inequality signs. In this game, each student is given a card with an inequality statement on it, such as "3 < 5" or "6 ≥ 4". The objective of the game is for students to listen carefully to their classmates and find the student who has the next card in the sequence. Ahoy! This partner game allows students to practice Coordinate Geometry vocab words while learning to communicate Coordinate Pairs and getting familiar with the Coordinate Plane.
