Graphs of Sine and Cosine
Students will match 10 graphs to 10 sine or cosine equations by finding the amplitude and period of each function. Students will then identify the amplitude and period of other sine and cosine functions, although they will not be required to graph.
Students can work as a group or by themselves. This is best used as a resource after students have learned how to find amplitude and period, and can also recognize the difference between sine and cosine graphs.

Teaching style
I like to allow my students to explore what they learn. I want my students to get as much independent practice in as they can. I also give my students opportunities to provide me with their feedback, whether they reflect on my teaching, activities, or their own personal work ethic.
