Experience

I have been a teacher and a tutor for 6+ years. I taught in a middle school classroom as a core teacher and interventionist for 5 years before I started my own tutoring company. I tutored students from 2nd grade to Calculus and loved exploring all stages of mathematics!

Teaching style

My teaching style is focused on real world problems with a scaffolded approach. My goal is to make the same concept accessible to all students no matter where they start. My resources are clearly written and appropriate for the secondary student's attention spam (sometimes less is more). Their unique context helps student engage with situations they will experience in real life.

Awards & shining teacher moments
