Students match a net to the correct rectangular prism. There are 6 problems but 8 nets. Students are also asked to find the surface area for each rectangular prism.
Represent the three-dimensional figures below using nets made up of rectangles and triangles, and then, use the nets to find the surface area of these figures. (CCSS 6.G.4)
Special Educators, School Psychologists, Counselors, and/or Caseload Managers, or each IEP or potential goal areas (social/emotional/behavior) are rated by classroom teachers on a scale of 1-4. All ratings in each area can be averaged for an overall 1-4 rating.
The rating averages can be used to write evaluations, IEPS, and/or progress reports.
I handed these out once a month to teachers or when potential areas of concern came up during the school year.
